They must always be treated in the best way possible. The video shown during our class was quite effective to show how own can deal with various situations and be a guest’s hero.

      We need to be ready for every situation and create a memorable moment for the guest. Therefore, after attending this class, I think I can put myself in the position where the employees shown in the video were. This course is not just helpful for internship or college but also for one's entire career.
