Phoenix, Arizona, June 16, 2010 - The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (EI) honored the 2010 recipients of the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) Emeritus and Certified Master Hotel Supplier (CMHS) Emeritus designations at the AH&LA Summer Summit during the AH&LA Stars of the Industry Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, June 16.
"The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute recognizes the achievements of those leaders whose long-term dedication and commitment to excellence and further education have shaped and inspired our industry," said Robert L. Steele III, CHA, president and COO of EI, in his remarks during the awards ceremony. "Those who earn the title of CHA or MHS Emeritus have made significant contributions to the hospitality industry through leadership, education, and professional involvement.
